Thomas Benjamin Maxwell Evans (born 18 March 1984 in Shoreham-by-Sea, England) is a English landscape photographer and political commentator who supports Blackburn Rovers. He begun supporting Blackburn Rovers in the early nineties when he was introduced to the world of football by his brothers. He has supported the club ever since. He also keeps an eye on the success of Brighton and Hove Albion due to being a local of the football club and outnumbered by fans of this particular club in his household.

He made his Blackburn supporting debut in 1996-1997 Premier League season in Blackburn Rovers 2-0 defeat to Southampton F.C. at The Dell. His favorite game however is the 2000-2001 old 1st Division game at Loftus Road home to QPR in which Blackburn Rovers handed out a lesson to the aforementioned QPR in a 1-3 spanking in which David Dunn, Matt Jansen and Eyal Berkovic got on the score-sheet for Rovers.

He is now in regular attendance to as many games as he can watch.

He also keeps an eye on Truro City and also follows Hertha Berlin since a trip to Germany's capital in 2005.

Thomas suffers from Charcot–Marie–Tooth disease otherwise known as Peroneal Muscular Atrophy and has suffered from the condition since birth. He tries to help people with similar afflictions and is part of many charities that pursue support and treatment for the disease.

As a member of the Wikipedia community for many years, he can be mainly found updating the Blackburn Rovers page, season pages and player pages. Although he tries to assist in keeping other pages up to date, accurate and removing page vandalism which is unfortunately a daily occurrence on this website not only on sporting pages.

He is also a former Liberal Democrat and UKIP member, UK Social Democratic Party and current Conservative Party member who formerly spoke on LBC, Talk Radio and BBC Radio about political matters. He is a Eurosceptic. These days he devotes most of his time to family life.

He is also participates in Landscape Photography.
