About me

Hi, I'm AGK (Anthony) (talk • edits • logs). I was elected to the Arbitration Committee in December 2011 for the term 2012-2013 with 70% of votes. To contact me, see my talk page or the contact box on the right. I was previously a mediator (and the Mediation Committee Chairman), a community checkuser, and a member of the Audit Subcommittee. I have contributed to some featured content, expanded or re-wrote many more articles, and have copy-edited, peer reviewed, and evaluated more articles and Good Article Nominees than I can remember.

Like all editors, I am far from infallible. If you think I have misjudged or mishandled something, please let me know. I will thank you for it! If you think another editor has mishandled or misjudged something, you are also welcome to contact me in confidence. I'll usually do my best to resolve the issue. (For the duration of my term on ArbCom, I will make a point of remaining neutral with respect to most disputes. Whilst this means I may not personally intervene, I will usually be able to advise you how best to proceed.)

As well as article development and dispute-resolution, I do a lot of work with sock-puppetry investigation and my checkuser access. For some bizarre reason, I find it enjoyable. If some action of mine is not clear, please contact me. If it is labelled (or otherwise appears to be) a 'checkuser' block, please don't reverse it without talking to someone on the CheckUser team.
