The Austin 400[1] is a motor racing event for V8 Supercars that takes place at the Circuit of the Americas in Travis County near Austin, Texas.[2] Its inaugural running tookplace between 17 and 19 May 2013, as the fifth round of the 2013 International V8 Supercars Championship.[3] The race marked the category's first event in the United States, and featured four races of 100 kilometres (62 mi).[4]
