Teruzane Utada[1][2] (宇多田 照實, Utada Teruzane, born July 21, 1948) is a Japanese music executive producer.[3][4]

He married Junko Utada (née Keiko Fuji) and oversaw her career.[1] They were married and divorced to each other seven times.[5] Their only child is the singer Hikaru Utada, one of Japan's most successful pop music singers of all time.[3]

Teruzane Utada was born in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Yamaguchi Tokuji town Fujiki. He fought in the Vietnam War. Depending on the producer, Utada also uses the names Sking U, Utada Sking Teruzane, and Utada Skingg Teruzane.
