Include interims? edit

Therequiembellishere, you asked according to whom interims aren't supposed to be on this navbox, but actually I can't refer to a rule (or person) who decided this. I just considered it to be correct by custom. For example, {{SEC}}, {{Economy Ministers of Germany}}, or {{Michigan Wolverines football coach navbox}} don't list the interims either. But I don't think there has been WP rule established anywhere that says so.
