Bulleted and numbered lists are not working edit

It seems that bulleted and numbered lists no longer work with this template:

Generally, I find it helpful to use bullet points in closing statements occasionally to make the result more organized. I tried to investigate the cause of this issue, but it's not 100% obvious to me. It seems that some element of the CSS for the text block is stripping the bullet points and numbers. I'm fairly sure that this edit by Paine Ellsworth (talk · contribs) is the primary cause, changing {{Quote box}} to {{Side box}}. As to where the lost bullets and numbers have gone, it's the use of the plainlist class in that box, due to the line
textCell:addClass(data.textclass or 'plainlist')
in Module:Side box. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 19:27, 17 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
  Undone to be further tested. Notifying editors Novem Linguae & Matma Rex: the code from the discussion above has been placed into the sandbox so you can fix this. P.I. Ellsworth - ed. put'r there 20:00, 17 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Paine Ellsworth: Oops, I didn't notice that {{Side box}} adds this class. It looks like it's easy enough to remove it – here's my proposed fix: [1]. Matma Rex talk 20:35, 17 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Result text not wrapping, overflowing to the right edit

I've seen this on a couple pages recently. Not sure of the steps to reproduce, but there's an example at Wikipedia talk:New pages patrol/Reviewers/Archives/Coordination/Archive 1#Coordinator Voting begins now until 23:59 UTC Monday 06 March. Turning on ?safemode=1 disables it, so it must be related to a user script or gadget I have installed. If you have any tips for troubleshooting this further, I'm all ears. –Novem Linguae (talk) 08:22, 8 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Novem Linguae: It looks fine to me. Are you using the gadget "(U) Change UTC-based times and dates, such as those used in signatures, to be relative to local time (documentation)"? If so, see Wikipedia:Village pump (technical)/Archive 199#Why does this text overflow the page boundary? --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 21:16, 8 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
Yes, that's exactly the issue. I'll drop a comment over there. Thanks for linking. –Novem Linguae (talk) 21:21, 8 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Edit request to complete TfD nomination edit

Template:Archive top has been listed at Templates for discussion (nomination), but it was protected, so it could not be tagged. Please add:

{{subst:tfm|help=off|1=Discussion-Closed-Start}}

to the top of the page to complete the nomination. Thank you. Aza24 (talk) 12:14, 10 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Removing extra newline from end edit

Would anybody object to removing the extra newline from the end of this template (after the horizontal line)? This newline makes it such that a double newline (paragraph break) after the template is actually a triple newline (double paragraph break), which adds unneeded whitespace.
