========================== edit

Would someone please update Tony Martin's discography section, to include his preformance on Candlemass's "20 Year Anniversary" (2007). This is on DVD, and can be referenced at Amazon or even just looking right on the DVD label packaging. Candlemass is a Swedish doom metal band, which has an article on Wikipedia too.

– These gentlemen are both singers (and both musicians), so the current disambiguation is clearly inadequate. I have no strong feelings on whether the disambiguator should be "British" or "English", and both seem to have some use.[1][2] Using "musician" instead of "singer" would also work, although the latter does sound somewhat more natural. Orphaned references in Tony Martin (British singer) edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Tony Martin (British singer)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Before Black Sabbath edit

I cannot imagine that Iommi had picked a complete no-name singer to join Black Sabbath. In 1987, the year of Eternal Idol, Tony Martin was already 30 years old - and he MUST have been doing some music before, something that must have convinced Tony Iommi. Anybody who has any relevant informations about this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2003:CC:E72E:CF00:D9D5:F364:152:C0B8 (talk) 14:26, 24 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

You're absolutely right. Martin started his career with The Alliance and later had a demo with Tobruk. Curious that the page for Tobruk mentions Martin but not vice-versa. Alternator99 (talk) 21:29, 21 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
