Rem'd false lk to false document

The following ref, to a blog on Fox News site, per more reliable sources, misrepresents the letter's authorship. The contributor of the ref presumably erred by relying on the incomplete version posted by the apparent Fox employee, "Anita Siegfriedt" "Contributing Editor":

• Anita Siegfriedt is probably a Fox News employee (rather than simply someone they let blog on their domain), despite her low Web profile: Michael Allen (journalist), crediting (for at least the day and month of her birthday) "Will Holley" (William Holley?) whom he presumably considers reliable for at least that date, seems to confirm she is a Fox employee and a "producer" (i.e., likely to be at least a wannabe journalist), tho it is not clear there is a firsthand acquaintance.
  The text on her blog should on its face not be trusted since it contains two obvious OCR glitches (space missing after comma), and another apparent one (the digit "2" at the end of a 'graph). She obviously relied on the OCR, since comparison with a more reliable source (PDF) shows that the "2" corresponds to a page number, not part of a paragraph as her text suggests, and the PDF and second more reliable source (HTML press release from a relevant US Senate leader) show that the dates are written like dates (rather than sort of like numbers between 10,000 and 99,999), and that her OCR'd version missed the signatures of the even-numbered signers (which appear in a right-hand column); she in fact does not attribute the letter, and our contributor seems to have relied on the corrupt OCR in describing it as as from "Clinton, Hillary Rodham; Holder, Eric H., Jr.; Blair, Dennis C."

• I haven't added back lks to either of the accurate versions of the letter, which on its face is a political document -- not an effort to communicate with the gov, but in effect a press release spinning the event -- and has no apparent force requiring 5 cabinet- or near-cabinet-level officers to sit down and draft something requiring their signatures. I welcome the prospect of someone using it as a footnote ref, if it can be related to facts worthy of inclusion: e.g., notable response by the admin to notable controversy about the plan, but not everything related to the topic is notable enuf to be included in the topic's article, and the talk page or at least edit summary should say why it's notable if it's just an ext lk.
  That said, a proper citation would invert only the first personal name, and give priority for inclusion of author names to those listed first, and only if the title appears after the authors. (However, they are listed in order of protocol precedence, suggesting that the actual relative contributions to the content are unlikely to be known even when all those named have writ their memoirs. That, and the irrelevance of authorship compared to the substance of what's said, suggest title-before-authors order.)
  The form previously used should have read

Clinton, Hillary Rodham, Robert M. Gates, Eric H. Holder, Jr., Janet Napolitano, Dennis C. Blair, [untitled letter to Gov. Quinn], December 15, 2009.

A more user-friendly version would be

Untitled letter of December 15, 2009 to Gov. Quinn, Hillary Rodham Clinton et al.
