Attrition seems to be a satire, but short, simple Terms of Service are at:

• RateMDs, https://www.ratemds.com/about/terms/, https://www.ratemds.com/about/privacy/, They store personal information to provide data and ads to users
• DuckDuckGo, https://duckduckgo.com/privacy#s3, They do not store personal information

Cleanup November 2008

05-Nov-2008: I have completed initial clean-up of the article "Terms of service" with the main focus as removing unsourced opinions and adding other text backed by sources. More details could be added, but text should focus more on facts, rather than opinions of "user rights" unless stated as policy of a particular company, rather than just a good idea as an opinion. -Wikid77 (talk) 08:31, 5 November 2008 (UTC)

Information Incorrect? (In part)

Probably not many. Depending on how long it is/how important it is (bank website vs. random message board), I may skim it, or I may ignore it completely. Based on talking to other people, I'd guess that not many people do. Unless we can find some official studies on it, though, I'm not sure if you can really mention it in the article. Archives of Terms of Service

The site http://tos-archive.wikispaces.com/ may be relevant to this page. It's an archive of Terms of Service, based off a invite-only wiki, intended to create a corpus of TOSes for purposes of research and analysis. It currently has 36 documents archived. Delete or keep an index to this subject?

This week there's discussion about whether to delete or keep the Index of Articles Relating to Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, which I created in early August. That index helps readers find:

• this article
• articles on different aspects of terms of service
• articles which cover terms of service at specific companies
