In the "Temperature and other factors" section, 50-59F is recommended and 52F is mentioned as a possible ideal both with solid sources. Then in the "Places to store wine" section, it says, "Wine should never be stored in temperatures that are too cold (under 12 °C/53.6 °F) as this will inhibit the development of the wine." This has no sources. This needs to be changed to 50F or lower but then again I don't know that we have the data to reference a specific number that would be appropriate for the wording "never" or "too cold". I think we should remove the numbers from this section firstly because they are wrong, and secondly because there is an entire section devoted to temperature already. Overall though, an awesome article for such a specialized subject! Great work everyone!
