GREGORY'S; DHAKA, BANGLADESH.

Educationist, intellectual, teacher, columnist, researcher, scholar and a born leader - Prof. Azfar Rizvi Shaheed had it all in him. This vigil of light and positive energy bravely embraced martyrdom on 31st May, 2013 near Dhaka Coaching Centre, Karimabad.

Prof. Azfar Rizvi was brutally killed in an attack when he was coming from his campus. In an attack, besides him, his driver Ghaffar was also been killed while Sir.Azfar Rizvi's grandson had been saved in that terrible incident.

While Police had been searching for the killers of Sir.Azfar Rizvi, while they have only found that Prof.Azfar Rizvi was been killed due to sectarian basis. But his son Hasnain Rizvi confirmed that they belonged to a Sunni Muslim religion, while having their name 'Rizvi' at the end may had been the dangerous zone for Prof. Azfar Rizvi.

The 40 years of hardwork wasn't wasted after all, his students praised him alot and remembered him as their hero and role model.

"Life is Temporary, Eternity is Endless ... and power in this life, but those who achieve the inner prosperity of the soul, treat this life as a temporary assignment and serve faithfully, expecting their reward in eternity."

This is what Prof. Azfar Rizvi taught us believe in God and this is what makes you a perfect human being for the rest of your life. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Taqi zaidi1 (talkcontribs) 05:50, 20 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
