I removed the "but changing it is not allowed." part on the originating web site.

now it reads Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this license document., which, as it doesn't reference which license document, means nothing. Besides, verbatim still requires no modifications. Gentgeen 18:10, 25 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
