Wrong Date!!!!

Sister Morphine first appeared on Marianne Faithful's Album "Come My Way," released in 1965, so the song couldn't have been written in 1968 as the article claims. I cannot confirm if the lyrics were changed or even of the music was changed substantially, but as this is Faithfull's song I think much more should be put on her version (versions?) Actually Faithfull's version was re-released on the most recent pressing of "Come My Way", a "bonus track" for the reissue. Stan weller 06:32, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

I can confirm this. It's from the 1991 re-release of the original album, which contains 4 bonus tracks. Just listen to her voice on the original tracks and compare it to the one on "Sister Morphine" ;-) --Wikiplex (talk) 16:26, 6 April 2014 (UTC)

Recording date
