To be exact, Silstone is a sedimentary rock with grain between mudstone (not shale that implies fissibility)and sandstone. and.... It was one time knewn as sandstone! This page sucks it doesnt help- you at all. This was a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I agree!!!!!!!!!!!! No info. at all
