Lipiner "made on impression" on Nietzsche

In the article, it is written that Lipiner’s "…works made an impression on Richard Wagner and Friedrich Nietzsche…." It is then noted that a citation is needed in order to support that statement. What impression did Lipiner make on Nietzsche? After reading Nietzsche’s Birth of Tragedy and seeing the image of unfettered Prometheus on the title page, Lipiner sent a copy of his book to Nietzsche. It was lost in the mail. Another copy was sent. Lipiner’s book of poems was titled Prometheus Unchained [Der Entfesselte Prometheus]. Lipiner sent letters to Nietzsche on 3 August and 10 September 1877. In his notebook, Nietzsche referred to Lipiner. I can’t tell if Nietzsche complimented or insulted Lipiner. It seems that Lipiner’s ethnicity was of importance to Nietzsche. Nietzsche’s note was as follows: "Jew. — I call special attention, with honor, to Siegfried Lipiner, a Polish Jew, who understands the manifold forms of European lyric [poetry] in the finest imitations, — 'almost genuine', as a goldsmith would say—." [Jude. — Ich hebe mit Auszeichnung Siegfried Lipiner hervor, einen polnischen Juden, der die mannichfaltigen Formen der europäischen Lyrik auf das Zierlichste nachzubilden versteht, — „beinahe echt", wie ein Goldschmied sagen würde —.] This note appears in the Musarion Edition of Nietzsche’s Collected Works, Volume 17, page 344. It is in the part of his notebook for The Revaluation of all Values, "Art and Artist," "Poet and Writer."
