User 211.29.14.54 in their first edit, changed westerly to easterly in "thus mixing with the most westerly of the three tribes, the Yankunytjatjara." with a comment "Yankunytatjara country is to the EAST of Pitjantjatjara & Ngaanyatjara". Yes, Yankunytjatjara are the more easterly, with Ngaanyatjara (and Ngaatjatjara) the more westerly, Pitjantjatjara are in the middle. Dougg 00:29, 31 March 2006 (UTC)

Pitjantjatjara vs. anangu

The 2nd, 3rd and 4th paragraphs treat 'anangu' as a synonym for 'Pitjantjatjara', which it is not, and is clearly talking about the whole Western Desert people, not just the Pitj. Dougg 00:29, 31 March 2006 (UTC)

I'm taking out this line:

Their cultural influence extends from the northern edge of the Nullarbor Plain to Lake Amadeus and Balgo in the north and eastwards from Kalgoorlie, Laverton and Leonora in Western Australia as far as Oodnadatta in South Australia - an area of more than 500,000 square kilometres.
