General Manager USTA Player Development edit

This section belongs in the USTA article, not in McEnroe's bio. He's involved, but the controversy isn't about him - it's about USTA policy. The Santa Monica Mirror reference, for example, doesn't even mention McEnroe. The section should be moved to United States Tennis Association, and McEnroe's involvement in the player development controversy should be mentioned (with appropriate refs from WP:RS) in the McEnroe bio.
