Removal of "Speakers" section edit

As this article is about the language of the Orang Kanaq instead of the Orang Kanaq people itself, I've created an Orang Kanaq article on the people and combined both the content of the "Speakers" section with the translated article from the Malaysian Wikipedia version and included some minor additional content.
