stubby

This is so irrelevent that for a moment I thought it was a joke/vandalism... a pun on the idea of the section being a "stub":

Stubby was a stray dog who served as war dog during WWI, and was promoted Sergeant by the US Army.

So i removed it. If there's some reference in the text to Oshii having mentioned this dog in his work or interviews then it would be fine to go back in I guess but for now it seems totally confusing.

I dunno where to begin with convivial seriocomic so i've left that for now. :)135.196.137.154 15:59, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
