MS Xbox Emulators edit

Why are they missing in the list? 79.201.163.253 (talk) 22:41, 27 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

This is a list of Emulators with corresponding Wikipedia articles. If you are aware of any Wikipedia articles which exist but aren't linked here, feel free to add them. MrOllie (talk) 23:15, 27 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Duckstation emulator edit

A relatively recent open source PlayStation 1 emulator made with contemporary techniques, focused on being reasonably accurate without sacrificing much performance please add Duckstation on PlayStation 1 list AMPLECONCH (talk) 05:50, 28 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

This list article only includes emulators that meet our notability requirements and have articles on Wikipedia. I briefly searched for Duckstation and was only able to find this short article. If Duckstation gets significant coverage in reliable, secondary sources, I'm sure someone will create the article and we can link it here. Woodroar (talk) 16:05, 28 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
Ok thanks AMPLECONCH (talk) 08:23, 29 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Semi-protected edit request on 22 February 2024 edit

The Wikipedia page for the Nintendo Switch emulator, Ryujinx (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryujinx), should be added to the Nintendo Switch section in the Hybrid Console category. Gm1224 (talk) 05:19, 22 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Done - This was previously removed in 2022, but given recent coverage I think it meets WP:GNG. I have added it back. Jamedeus (talk) 22:13, 23 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

You should add Duckstation as a Playstation emulator. 50.172.55.179 (talk) 16:37, 3 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Not done: Discussed above, still no indication of notability. Liu1126 (talk) 16:41, 3 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Shouldn't we make more pages for emulators? edit

More content is need particularly for Playstation Vita, Xbox Original, and Xbox 360. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:19C:4200:5DC0:ADBE:3ECE:14B4:88D4 (talk) 13:45, 14 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

we call 'em "articles" 'round these parts
and sure, if substantial, reliable sources can be found about them
if they can, those emulators can be considered notable by wikipedia standards. otherwise, give them some time cogsan (nag me) (stalk me) 23:25, 14 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
