Refs & Tidy edit

I've added references, subheadings, & 2 photos of Laulu's gravestone, and deleted the unref tag things. But it probably still needs a bit more of a clean up especially as there's a bit of a 'personal tone' throughout. Will pop back in and have a try again with it. Also, there was a whole lot of refs already there before, some of which I checked in and were relevant so I cited them, but I didn't know whether to delete the old ones or leave them - I didn't check all of them, but some of the links have disappeared. Correct category format for Consul General edit

Laulu was Consul General in Auckland before she became High Commissioner of Samoa to New Zealand.

I tried adding a category to reflect this but am not sure what the correct term would be:

Consul General of Samoa in New Zealand

or
