Some restructuring

I edited the lead to remove extraneous compliments (but kept the refs). I also moved some stuff around, for example, the gender discrimination suit should not be in the lead, I moved it to the firm section. Also moved some other sentences around. HeavyAtoms (talk) 02:34, 18 December 2012 (UTC)
