Q1: Why does the article refer to him as "Kim" and not "Jin" or "Seok-jin"?
A1: Wikipedia uses formal, encyclopedic English. In this style, a person's surname/family name is used after the first mention of their full name in an article's prose. See MOS:SURNAME. As this article uses Kim's full name and not his stage name (Jin), this policy is applied. Since Jin is not the article title, Kim should not be referred to as "Jin" in the article body.
