I came here via an Google search for more information on the Kachin Levies, a Google search on [Kachin Levies] lead me to search on "Naw Seng". The Google cache still held a version from earlier this month of the Kachin Independent Army article which included a line on this man. Looking at the article I noticed that there were two paragraphs that seem to be sourced that have not been merged across
According to Shwe Lu Maung [a 1] the KIO and other ethnic rebellions are a struggle for a Federation of Burma. The terms separationist and separation movement are used by the Burman military government and other anti-federation elements.
The past and present KIO leaders are Naw Seng, Zau Seng, Pungshwi Zau Seng, Maran Brang Seng, Malizup Zau Mai, Lamung Tu Jai, Zawng Hra, Zahkung Ting Ying, and Gauri Zau Seng [a 2].

Any particular reason why not? A ask because at the moment there are even less cited sources in this article than there was in the other. Proposed merge with Kachin Independence Army - Historical Background (1948 - 1975) edit
I can't see any reason for this to have an article of its own. It needs to be copyedited, converted to prose, sourced and merged into the Kachin Independence Army article., which is short enough and could do with more content Sarahj2107 (talk) 14:45, 17 October 2013 (UTC)

Wrong flag edit
The flag enclosed in the article is wrong, and is in fact from the political branch. The KIA has a red flag with two crossed swords. Eight battalions have their own flag, and also the female section. J. Ollé.--Jolle (talk) 23:14, 1 January 2018 (UTC)
