I beg to differ with the comment on "Cincinnati Fireball" which stated the song had reached the #11 position on the Billboard Hot 100. This is not true. According to Billboard charts, which are readily available, Cincinnati Fireball was never listed on any of the National Billboard charts. It may have been a local favorite in Cincinnati only. As I was born and raised in Cincinnati, I was a mere 10 year olds when this song was first aired.
Having done extensive research on the sixties, I do know that "Dreamin'" was actually the "B" side and that did, of course, become a big big hit for Burnette.
CD's for the decade are available from www.recordresearch.com which is operated by Joel Whitburn. Who has written numerous books on the oldies.
