Expansion during May-June 2022

Additions

1. a number of sections which seemed relevant to the subject (eg geography), as the beginning article was a stub and had no sections,
2. infobox, as the bay is a body of water for which there is an infobox template,
3. references, as these were lacking,
4. use British English tag, given national ties to Belize,
5. explanatory footnotes, short citations, and full references, in three sections, as short explanatory footnotes were useful, while some references needed to be cited multiple times, making short citations useful in this case.

Nothing was removed, though the citation / reference style was altered to introduce explanatory footnotes and short citations.

Needed improvements

1. more coverage of Guatemala and Honduras, data for which I think might be in Spanish-language literature which I didn't review,
2. history section needs expansion,
3. political geography section needs expansion,
4. some claims (tagged 'citation needed') need to be sourced,
5. article could use some visual aids, especially maps and diagrams.
