Poster

There's been some controversy about the poster spoofing the famous pic of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, shot by Annie Lebowitz just hours before Lennon was shot. Should this be added to the page? So far, most reactions are coming from fans of Ono, Lennon or Lebowitz who considers this distasteful, and since it's not a big debate it may be worth waiting til the film comes out and see if it stirs up more controversy. I couldn't give a quack about some so-called "controversy"; I am more concerned that this was the intended spoof. We need a citation specifically saying that the prodution company/studio/whatever had intended the comparison. Without it, the image and text have to go. Please find it, as I think it is a spot-on comparison. - Arcayne (cast a spell) 20:24, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

I think something noting the posters parody should be added. It's a parody of a pretty famous picture, and it's obviously intentional.

Bad advertising?

Should something be said about the fact that the advertising for this movie doesn't properly reflect the plot? Theelk801 04:27, 26 August 2007 (UTC)

Yes, but that should probably go on the page Advertising. Sorry about the sarcasm, but that kind of thing is hardly new. --Scorp Stanton 19:08, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

Beatle Reference?

Is it just me, or does the promotional poster resemble the Yoko/Lennon pose? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.135.66.172 (talk) 16:41, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

Nah, ya think?

Also has anyone else noticed the name of the office building Chuck and his friend worked in was named Seltaeb, which is Beatles spelled backwards? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.233.134.55 (talk) 01:43, 15 March 2008 (UTC)

Error in the movie

In the movie Jessica Alba states that their are no penguins in the Artic circle. Yet at the end of the movie the two are seen on a presummed trip to Antartica. At their feet their were penguins, and above them is aurora borealis or the northern lights. Either they are in the artic circle with penguins they brought with them or the earth switched polarities. It be a good for trivia.--24.91.136.187 02:34, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

First of all, Antarctica is not in the Arctic circle, and there are penguins there. In addition, there are also southern lights (aurora australis) which are similar to the northern lights (aurora borealis). 68.62.178.38 03:11, 28 September 2007 (UTC)

Plot

Quite frankly, the plot synopsis sucks for this page. I'm too exhausted to fix it tonight, but I think it's embarrassing. I'll revisit this page in the next few days, but if someone else beats me to it, please fix it. It's horrendous. SkittlzAnKomboz

Reception

The second quote from Roger Ebert (about the Penguin biting Cooke in the crotch) was NOT said by Ebert, but rather Richard Roeper. The quote is from the TV show (Ebert&Roeper) but Ebert isn't on that episode. http://bventertainment.go.com/tv/buenavista/ebertandroeper/index2.html?sec=6&subsec=good+luck+chuck —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.12.155.233 (talk) 08:56, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

Is there any such thing as an African Penguin? The plot currently refers to these? Jamesb1 (talk) 15:23, 29 June 2008 (UTC)
