Fairmount Line

Some trains take the Fairmount Line from Readville to South Station, instead of going past Hyde Park, Ruggles, and Back Bay. I couldn't find this information in the HTML schedules on the MBTA website, but if you look carefully at the PDFs for both the Franklin Line and Fairmount Line, it's there. Line naming

Most MBTA commuter rail lines are named by their terminal station(s). The Franklin Line is named by its second to last stop. This may be worth mentioning in the article, and if there's some reason for this, it would be nice to have that reason noted. JNW2 14:05, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
