Régis Debray

There should be a section on Régis Debray's contribution to Foco theory and a footnoted link to "Revolution in the Revolution".I'm not competent to write it, but someone should. This is a page on foco theory, not on Che Guevara, but Debray, who is just as responsible for it as Guevara, is hardly mentioned!
