Article title

"Chef" does not seem the preferable way of distinguishing her; "writer on food" or "home economist" could be better. Also her career seems to approach sixty years.--Felix folio secundus 16:09, 24 June 2010 (UTC)

I moved it to the current title and I agree it's not the best fit. I would prefer Elizabeth Craig (writer), but Elizabeth Craig (home economist) is OK too. I don't like "writer on food", there's no need for the extra disambiguation as there are no other writers called Elizabeth Craig. Tassedethe (talk) 16:18, 24 June 2010 (UTC)
