No consensus to move. Vegaswikian (talk) 23:14, 25 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Dorothy Jordan (actress)Dorothy Jordan—per WP:QUALIFIER, see Dorothy Jordan (disambiguation). Ndgp (talk) 02:21, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Oppose no evidence has been put forward that this is the primary usage. Boleyn3 (talk) 12:40, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Oppose This actress does not appear to be particularly notable, and the mistress of William IV is sometimes known as "Dorothy Jordan", so it is not clear that she is the primary meaning. PatGallacher (talk) 15:57, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Comment If this move does go ahead, we will have to move "Dorothy Jordan" to "Dorothy Jordam (disambiguation)". PatGallacher (talk) 17:13, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Oppose as name is not the primary usage. It was just moved from Dorothy Jordan (film actress). It requires the disambiguation to go to the correct person. Wildhartlivie (talk) 02:02, 19 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Oppose I thought this would be the Dorothy Jordan born in 1761. The page should be moved back to Dorothy Jordan (film actress) as there are two actresses called Dorothy Jordan. The other one is sometimes called Dorothea, but the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography and National Portrait Gallery (London), for example, only use Dorothy.[1][2] DrKiernan (talk) 10:47, 19 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

If so, I'm beginning to wonder if William IV's mistress could be the primary meaning. PatGallacher (talk) 09:10, 20 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Undo out-of-process move; disambiguate from the Georgian actress Dorothea Jordan. As the previous move was taken without discussion I have decided to be bold and reverse it anyway. PatGallacher (talk) 09:24, 26 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
