"NOR" edit

See Wikipedia:Use common sense; if we can allow David Tennant's casting to appear before we have official confirmation, then we can allow this. The paragraphs are all confirmed material anyway; the track-listing is clearly logically based on characters. "Gridlocked Cassinis" will not have been in any episode other than Gridlock; it's not even tentative logic, it's plain fact. No, Will, actually use common sense, don't just read the policy. "EotD" will be from "EotD". Porcupine (prickle me! · contribs · status) 17:32, 10 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think that narrowing it down to a story, rather than an episode solves the problem. But, I'd appreciate it if you'd enter into dialogue here rather than just editing there. Porcupine (prickle me! · contribs · status) 17:35, 10 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

What's wrong with just a track list? Less original research. Will (talk) 17:48, 10 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
"What's wrong with not having an article for Ukraine - it's a boring country..." We're an encyclopedia, it's not OR to say that "Miss Joan Redfern" comes from 'that' two-parter. Actually.] Porcupine (prickle me! · contribs · status) 17:49, 10 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Sceptre tagging OR edit

Will, please list your OR concerns here. Otherwise, the tag will have to be removed. Currently, everything there satisfies Wikipedia:Use common sense. Porcupine (prickle me! · contribs · status) 20:38, 10 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

"Use common sense" does not override WP:OR, nor is it a particularly good case of WP:IAR either. "YANA" could easily be from Gridlock and not Utopia, and likewise, some are making assumptions based on the track title. Will (talk) 21:01, 10 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
Though I think both you and I know deep down that YANA is from Utopia, I'll agree that that's an ambig, and I'll remove it. The others are fine, and common sense does override OR when there's no way for it to possibly be wrong. For example, saying we've got a source for David Tennant playing the Doctor. We have a source for Tate playing Donna, therefore we can make the note about their relevant ages because it's entirely objective. I will remove the tag unless you can list any further, specific concerns here. Porcupine (prickle me! · contribs · status) 06:45, 11 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
Sceptre, the tag reads "See the talkpage for more details". The onus is on you to provide those details - not broad thoughts - here. If you continue to not to do that, the tag will have to be removed; you've had plenty of oppurtunity to do it. Porcupine (prickle me! · contribs · status) 12:16, 11 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Story/episode - track listing edit

The article for the first soundtrack lists the episodes rather than stories. It also lists the episodes with commas, even for the two-part stories. Just wondering why this has been changed for this page, if it's because we're unsure of the exact episodes music appears in then fine, but otherwise it should probably be changed. Pdb781 (talk · contribs) 18:02, 11 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

(ec)Hi, it was me who changed it. It's because we know that "Mr Smith and Joan", for example, appears in HN and/or TFoB, but since the "and/or" is speculation (!) it's safer to do it on a story basis. Once it's released, somebody (probably me...) will go through and update it all. Porcupine (prickle me! · contribs · status) 18:04, 11 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Why has "The Doctor Forever" been listed as only in HN/FoB? If it's the track I'm thinking of, it was in lots of episodes. 86.2.173.190 15:37, 14 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

We don't have a source for it. Porcupine (prickle me! · contribs · status) 17:46, 14 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

it says that it was used in every episode of the new series!--80.175.253.37 (talk) 12:38, 26 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

It says "nearly", which isn't enough, sorry! Porcupine (prickle me! · contribs · status) 17:41, 26 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

They're trying to delete this image. Please someone who can argue, do so.--Porcupine (prickle me! · contribs · status) 13:39, 18 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

It was just missing the article name. Fixed now. EdokterTalk 14:01, 18 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Material Section edit

Ummm the section isn't very encyclopaedic it is lacking in references and the tone used doesn't seem all that appropriate anyone agree? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Silent Elf (talkcontribs) 07:12, 5 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Aprrentice Series 4 edit

In this series you can clearly here Gridlocked Cassinis in episodes 2 and 9, watch the ninth episode on iPlayer for proof, it's at about the halfway mark. Browsing Wikian (talk) 21:17, 25 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
