Mechanism

Is the mechanism that DPP-4 binds two amino groups in a peptide and splits the amino bond between them ? If so, What can be said about these two amino acids and their neighbourhood that affects the binding and splitting ? Rod57 (talk) 18:05, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
