Biography, German State Constitution edit

Concerning creation of Germany's States' constitutions: Please note that until today, Germany still does not have a state constitution, only the "Basic Law" that was created as an occupation law by the Allies of World War II (partly) according to the international Law of that time, e.g. the Hague Convention. Some parts of occupation law are still in force, some German areas are still unter Polish and Russian administration and the "Basic Law" has never been confirmed by the German people in a referendum or by a freely-elected parliament. Therefore the article should not be talking about some German constitution because according to the Bundesverfassungsgericht, the highest court of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Deutsches Reich and therefore it's constitution still exists as a state, but is just paralysed due to a lack of state organs. 89.247.40.39 (talk) 22:27, 22 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
