Horrible condition of this article and related pages

This page really needs updating.

This article and related articles need cleaning and updating. Due to lack of time I have just accumulated some resource that the editor might find useful. If no one comes up to edit the pages, I'll do them myself, but help is appreciated.

Here's a link to the history. I hope someone cross checks it and incorporates it after formatting. http://members.tripod.com/aditimukherjee/tthistory.htm

The official site is dumped and nothing official exists. The following can be taken as close to official in nature.

Most of the fansites are dead due to inactivity and all I could gather was this.

Ronan Keating has told Undercover that the next Boyzone tour may very well be the last thing the Irish act ever does together.

“We will be touring in February and March. With Stephen passing away last year I don’t know if it can ever be the same again,” he tells undercover.fm. “I don’t know if there will be a life for Boyzone. The tour will tell us a lot, if the void is too big or if we can move along as a four piece. We haven’t done a whole lot of work together this year because it hasn’t felt right. The tour will show us everything and it could be the last thing we ever do together as a band”.

This year Ronan has been living in Australia and working as a judge in X Factor. Before that, the four surviving members of Boyzone recorded a released a new album featuring vocals from Stephen. “Stephen passed away in October and we recorded the album in December and January. We were still very numb,” he says. “We were around each other constantly, we kind of rallied around each other. The energy in the studio, it felt like Stephen was with us all the time. We were on this buzz. It was a strange buzz but it kept us going. We knew we had to make this album. We had recorded some of Stephen’s vocals earlier in the year so we used those as well. We very much felt like he was part of the album. Then as the year has gone on it has just been different. We have done the odd little performance but it hasn’t felt right. The tour will be a real guide for us whether we can go on”. http://www.undercover.fm/news/12858-ronan-keating-says-boyzone-future-is-uncertain

Sales of Boyzone

I believe the sales of Boyzone to be slightly lower of around 15 million please can this be checked it'll be apreciated. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.7.101.194 (talk) 10:41, 25 September 2010 (UTC)

These figures are there because it was an estimation that i done guessing by previous sales of boyzone albums, the certification of the album Brother should be done just like the rest of the albums are done, Boyzone have released less then 20 million of around 15 million but if you don't want it to be accuarate then leave it how it is. I'm only here for things to be put right. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ricardo8039 (talkcontribs) 20:58, 25 September 2010 (UTC)

I think it's time this photo should be put in this article because the current one is old. Boyzone_2011_(single_picture).jpg‎ ‎ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Roehampton1234 (talkcontribs) 22:50, 23 April 2011 (UTC)

Boyzone Sales

On the back of Stephen Gately's book, it says they sold 40 million copies of their albums worldwide. Has this figure been updated from the 20 million in the article? --HighKing (talk) 02:56, 25 February 2012 (UTC)
