I just found out that the proper name of this battle is the battle of Slobozia and that the Danube is only a minor name that it is refered by some. So can someone please change the name. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cauca50 (talkcontribs) 02:42, 26 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

With the exception of the passage beginning with 'Well acquainted with his opponent at war' and ending with 'the two armies of the commander at Bucharest,' the entire article appeared to have been copied (from the 'Russo-Turkish War (1806–12) page,' under the 'Kutuzov's campaigns (1811-1812)' section), jumbled a bit, and pasted here. I copied over the original material, which was a good bit less disjointed. The small bit of non-copied content on this page is disjointed and unverified. Recommend considering replacing this page with a redirect. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Michael Isaiah Schmidt (talkcontribs) 10:03, 20 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
