Summary of planned edits (draft in my sandbox):

- Merge Insect bites and stings article, which will direct here.

- Expand signs and symptoms section by adding an overview of venomous bites/stings; move Microscopic appearance to new Diagnosis section.

- Add table and figure under As vectors of diseases section.

- Create new Diagnosis section with brief description that most bites won't require a specific diagnosis; incorporate microscopic appearance including information from the Insect bites and stings article.

- Add new Prevention section.

- Add new Treatment section.

Kudos -- from the perspective of an informed amateur, this is one of the most accessible medical articles I've read on Wikipedia, and your edits are a positive contribution in that regard! I've added a bunch of links, since there's still lots of terminology that a general audience is not likely to recognize; but you've largely avoided unnecessary jargon, which is a fine line to walk.
