Language edit

Why site the single study by Ramachandran? I'm sure the results are interesting, but they do not represent the large literature on this topic. PubMed lists 622 studies. Genetral reviews would be more appropriate. For example, Price (2009,Annuals of the NY Academy of Sciences, 119:62-88) reviewed the results of 100 fMRI studies and concluded that the left angular gyrus is activated during semantic retrieval. Dronkers et al (2004,Cognition, 92: 145-177) summarize the results of a large series of lesion patients showing that the angular gyrus is one of several areas involved in language comprehension. Zamarian et al. (2009, Neuroscience and Biobehavioral Reviews, 33: 909-925) review evidence that the left angular gyrus is activated with the acquisition of competence in arithmetic and other cognitive domains, Skeptics comments (talk) 15:38, 29 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Suggesting a change in the image provided in the "infobox" of the page edit

The image currently provided in the infobox doesn't clearly tell about the gross anatomy of angular gyrus and is relations around it.
The image   from wikimedia commons will be a better pick as it is anatomically more clear.
The image   is also a great choice. I don't how do other editors shade a specific area of the image then use it on a page. For example the above image is shaded on Inferior parietal lobule page.
So, if someone could edit it, that would be great. It is out of my editing prowess at the moment. Comfortable East (talk) 08:26, 15 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

I agree that the current image is one that lacks definition and could be better at expressing the anatomy, but the referred images don't really solve the problem, since they just list the functions and in anything, obscure the anatomy even further. Instead, the gross anatomy of the angular gyrus and surrounding structures should be explained further in the content section of the article rather than condensed into an image.
