"Raison d'être" section

I deleted the section that 95.89.154.146 returned to the article because it is an essay and is unsupported by any sources, and a lot of it is not even particularly relevant or can be found in other articles that are already linked. Do other editors think it belongs/doesn't belong? Шизомби (talk) 22:43, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

Not only is it essay-like, it sounds like WP:OR. I've tagged it as unsourced and potentially OR. I think the article would be better off without it. — Malik Shabazz (talk · contribs) 23:12, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

A response on User talk:Ysangkok explains that it is ANSI porn [1]. But it's far too big as an example of a sort of related computer art form, and the detail is lost even as large as it is. The Deep Throat piece mentioned in the article would be a better fair-use image: [2], [3].--Ethicoaestheticist (talk) 19:42, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
