There needs to be an introductory paragraph. I don't know what "April 18, Suzuka" is supposed to mean unless this whole thing is a plagiarization of a newspaper article or the like. Wikipedia articles need to begin like so:

The 1993 Japanese motorcycle Grand Prix was... taking place in... from ... until ... .
