Ethiopia

Maybe the page could explain why Ethiopia was in the European section. My guess would be as host of the African Nations Cup and African Nations Cup qualification and world cup qualification round were the same (as they are now) and as Ethiopia's were the african nation cup hosts they wouldn't have to qualify so they were put in the european section.However an exact explanation and a citation would be nice rather then my guesswork.
