Tadeusz Rut (11 October 1931 in Przeworsk – 27 March 2002 in Warsaw) was a Polish athlete who competed mainly in the hammer throw.

He competed for Poland at the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy where he won the bronze medal in the men's hammer throw event.
