Syarhey Pyatrovich Amelyanchuk (Belarusian: Сяргей Пятровіч Амельянчук, Russian: Сергей Петрович Омельянчук, Sergei Petrovich Omelyanchuk) (born 8 August 1980) is a football player from Belarus who plays for FC Tom Tomsk in the Russian Premier League and the Belarus national football team.[1]
