Scott Starks (born July 23, 1983 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American football cornerback formerly for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. He is currently a free agent. Jason Fletcher of B&F Sports is his agent. He is known for recovering a Kyle Orton fumble and running it back for a touchdown to help the Wisconsin Badgers win and derail the Purdue Boilermakers 2004 season.
