The E720 open

The Samsung SGH-E720 is a clamshell mobile phone released in 2005.

Features

The E720 has an array of features including an MP3 player, 'camera', video recorder and Bluetooth. The phone includes a screen on the outside of the phone which can be used to display a digital clock and shows icons when a text or picture message has been received as well as alerting the user to incoming calls, missed calls etc. The phone was introduced in 2005.

• For the contacts stored on the SIM only the Name, Phone number, Location, Caller ID, Ringtone and Group functions are available.

Messages

• Email and MMS services are available depending on the phone network used.
• 3-3 megabytes of storage can be used for MMS and Email

• 80 MB of memory is available to store photos, videos, music and ringtones.
• The phone comes with 4 Java games with many more being available for download (with 4MB of memory available, it is possible to download approximately 40 games).
• The flash on the outside of the phone can also be used as a flashlight but only for 30 s.
• A newer version of the phone was released in 2006 that had a 3 megapixel camera.
