Saint Nicholas Monastery (Armenian: Սուրբ Նիկողայոս Վանք Հայոց) known from the first millennium AD Armenian monastery in the old city of Jaffa, Israel, along the Mediterranean Sea. Located along the Jaffa's harbor, the monastery consists of a large multi-story complex that includes an Armenian church and living quarters. New breath Armenian community Jaffa got together with the restoration of the church at the beginning century. Important value and numerical increase in the community due to new immigrants - ethnic armenians. The premises is under the jurisdiction of the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem who rent out parts of the complex for residential and commercial purposes.
