Rhacophorus bisacculus is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family found in Cambodia, India, and Thailand, and possibly Laos and Myanmar. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, rivers, intermittent rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, and plantations. It is threatened by habitat loss.
