PGMS Inc. is a consulting, technology services, and SmartSourcing company. Originally named Physician Group Management Services, PGMS got its start by providing business solutions to growing medical practices. Since its inception in 1991, the company has significantly expanded its operations to offer a broad array of strategic and technological services to conscience-driven organizations across the globe.
History
PGMS was formed in an effort to develop services for physicians. The answers that the company found came in the form of strategy and technology.
PGMS started out by providing services directly to individual healthcare workers.
In the late 90’s PGMS began expanding its operations into other areas of the healthcare market.
In 2003 the company began seeking and engaging in projects with organizations outside of the field of healthcare market.
Practice Charts
Practice Charts is a customizable, web-based electronic medical record designed by PGMS. The interface is based on medical forms and processes. The web-based system allows users to access forms from any location with Internet access. Embedded electronic forms allow patient records to be located and viewed. A consolidated database eliminates duplicate data entry.
