Philip Livingston Magnet Academy was one of four middle schools in the City School District of Albany, Albany, New York. The school is located adjacent to the Tivoli Nature Preserve, the second largest Urban Wildlife Preserve in New York State. The school opened in 1932 with an enrollment of 1,392 students and graduated its last class of eighth graders in June 2009. It is currently for sale by the city.[1]
