Neocoenyra duplex is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in southern Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo and northern Tanzania. The habitat consists of grassy savanna.
The larvae feed on Poaceae species.
